Our goal is to build a trusted, one-on-one connection with each client by matching them with a support professional who’s there to support their progress.

About Us

Testpointe Living Centers began with a simple belief: to provide individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries with a safe, comfortable home where they can rebuild independence with dignity. Founded by Dr. Mark Shatz in 1990, our program has always been rooted in compassion, respect, and unwavering support for our clients and their families.

Our program serves people of all abilities, backgrounds, and identities, ensuring every client receives the opportunity to heal, grow, and move forward.

Today, Dr. Shatz serves as an advisor to the Keller family leadership team led by John Keller, MD, board‑certified neurosurgeon, along with Emily Keller, MSHA, and Ben Keller, MM. Client care continues to be guided by Katie Keough, BA, CBIS, Donna Brown, RN, CBIS, and a professional team of CBIS certified Care Coordinators. Testpointe continues its commitment to its founding principles of providing exceptional care and a pathway toward independence.
